Shipping Policy

At John Diamond, every order is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped with the highest level of care to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom jewelry: Production times vary depending on the design and complexity of the piece. An estimated completion date will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are shipped only after the balance has been paid in full.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using reputable, trackable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or other trusted shipping partners, depending on the destination.

Every shipment includes:

  • Tracking information

  • Signature confirmation (where available)

  • Insurance for the full purchase value

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and order value. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or brokerage charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond John Diamond’s control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address before the order ships. John Diamond is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer, subject to any applicable law.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Notify John Diamond within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and insurance provider.

  • Resolution is subject to the carrier’s and insurer’s investigation and approval.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased items may be legally imported into their country.

Order Changes

Shipping addresses or shipping methods may only be changed before an order has been shipped. Once a shipment has been dispatched, changes cannot be guaranteed.
